I would like to know, how much is the rental value for a 1+1 bto hdb flat generally in singapore? Also im intending to buy a bto 2 bedroom flat (36sqm) in 2 yrs time upon reaching 35yrs old. How much in estimation , would be the rental yield, after minimum occupatiom period of 5 yrs? And besides rental value, i would like to know, how much would it costs me to buy a 2 bedroom BTO flat?
