Hi Dear SG Property Agent,
It is about Singapore Property Rental Agreement Law.
Scenario : A house seeker go to view to sharing room and pay partial deposit Sgd400 to reserve the room but without room legitimate Rental agreement to be signed. Only reservation receipt to be given. Suddenly the tenant said do not want to rent the room and want to take back partial deposit in full amount of Sgd400? Is that possible ?
