Hi. Currently I'm serving National Service and will ORD in April 2011. I have O's and A's Levels. I'm planning to go full time in being a property agent. However, there are many property agencies in Singapore and I can't decide on which to join. Is it true that it's important to find a good mentor to guide your first few steps? It seems to me that some agents simply don't care and are not guiding after they recruit them.
