Hi,

Can someone give me some advice on the following:

1.is it advisable to get a freehold condo that are also partly commercial.
2. in terms of maintenace fees etc. will it be higher?
3. is it more difficult to en-bloc in future ? can it be en-bloc as a total residential development ?
