Yes it is possible to sell your house before the MOP but we will need to appeal to HDB to get the approval and waiver. I have personally assisted many of my clients to appeal successfully and will be happy to assist you in the appeal.

3) The reason provided must be strong and valid, followed by sufficient document.
4) You will need a property agent to help you sell your flat because the current channel for DIY selling is limited.
5) The old media such as newspapers are costly; at least $150/week for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday advertisements and the result is pathetic. Properly can catch the attention of 2~3 inquiries for 3 months.
6) The only commercial web; ohmyhome is not any better.
7) Consultation from a property agent is usually free but might come with conditions.
