We usually start 1 to 2 months before the MOP date is due as marketing the unit too early we can't do any paperwork to secure the buyer as well. 1 to 2 months is for the groundwork needed to devise a plan, and also prepare the loan application and confirm the timeline potential arrangements.

There is no hurry to start advertisement. You can start perhaps 1 week before your MOP is met, so all preparation efforts can be done, from photo taking, video shoot and etc using the 2 weeks period before launching the marketing campaign, so you will be ready to accept any offers that is reasonable or meet your expectations when they come in. Otherwise even when there is offer, you will also be unable to accept.

I usually recommend my clients to prepare the house for sale 2 to 3 months before the MOP. There is usually stiff competition when it comes to newly MOP cluster and therefore it is important to ensure that your unit can stand out among all the competition so that you can secure the best price!
