Hi, can a 26 year old unemployed final year university student who has $90,000 cash in local bank apply for a 3 or 4 room resale flat with unemployed spouse?

Hi,
1) Residence status: Not anyone can buy HDB flat. There must has at least a Singapore Citizen forming a family nucleus or at least 2x SPR (couple) before eligible.
2) Financial issue: Unless you are paying the flat with full cash, you have to prove you have the capability to service your monthly mortgage. Thus if both of you are unemployed, you are not able to obtain any financial assistance from HDB or banks.
