Hi all,

I'm looking into marketing my unit soon on a contra basis as my MOP will be in Jan 2012. Selling CCK unit and buying Bedok unit.
I'm looking for reliable agents who are able to provide reliable service and willing to charge me commision at 1% for selling and 1% of buying.

Hi Jess,

Technically, you would not be able to sell your flat until you have passed your MOP period. This means that the option can only be issued after your MOP date. However, you might want to appeal to HDB to allow you to sell earlier, if you have valid reasons.
