Hi all, i'm fresh graduate and starting my RES very soon.
I have some unusual questions and looking for experience answer.
1. Can a property agent himself rent a whole HDB unit? Or need the help of other agent to close the contract with the landlord?
2. Is there a timeline line related factor being an agent? For example, every few years will need to retake a test or license will be revoked if no sales within 6 months period, etc.
