Hi all, i would like to go into the line of being a property agent but have some concerns. I dont have much money at the moment, maybe enough to take the course but nothing more. But i understand that you will need quite a tidy sum of money to start up. I even read a post by an agent that any sales sales within 6 months is a bonus. With all these negatives, will you be able to advise me the steps on how should i proceed. Save up before i can step into this line? But how much is enough? Thanks in advance.
