Hi all! I’m a fresh graduate with the intention to join the property industry soon. I just want to ask all of you here about the commissions system in this field. I have been told that rookies will get a 70-30 split when you’re new. But out of curiosity I just want to know how the 30% is being further split and is it the same across all agencies? I am looking to join a friend who will be my mentor. Out of the 30% commission, how much will the mentor/team leaders/agency split the commission? Please advice! Thank you!
