Hi all, I passed the dec RES exam (on first try, whew!), and am looking for a mentor to start my real estate career. I currently do not hold any job (fresh grad) but already have a bit of experience in overseas investment property (bought my first Aussie property in 2010). I am particularly interested in commercial properties and overseas properties - especially for investment yield.
I am young, enthusiastic and always seeking knowledge. Have a diploma in mass comm marketing, finance degree from a very reputable university, and am looking to substantiate my knowledge with a conveyancing degree too. I am very ambitious and have already got a few properties i can begin representing.
Is there a mentor who shares my vision and would like to guide me on my career ahead?
