Hi Roz,

Yup definitely it is possible. I have part timers with me and they have managed to cloae deals and one of them even clocked in a comm of $12,000 in her first deal and she clocked in that amount within 5 days from getting her license and I was there to help her to close the deal.

Maybe we can meet up for a non obligatory coffee session and we can discuss about it. I will also take the chance to share with you the pros and cons of the industry apart from answering your other questions.

Looking forward to hear from you soon!

Hi, Im still keen in joining the industry.. how can you guide me?
Ingredients for success:
= The Right Environment/Company/Products
+ The Right Team/Mentor/Guidance
+ The Right Methods/Skills
+ The Right Attitude
+ Persevering Effort

In this equation, the only element related to Time is effort. So part-timers can also excel in this industry, although compared to a full-timer who also goes 100% you may be at a slight disadvantage. I have part-timers who have been closing deals during weekends.
