Hi all, i have 2 questions to ask.
1. I alway have the impression that the course fee for CES can be subsidies/rebate. However, (last year)when i met up a sales director of one of the agencies, she told me that it was not offered anymore. Please kindly advise; and
2. Can anyone please explain the difference between CES and RES?
