Hi all, I am thinking of doing a career switch to a full time Porperty Agent.
I currently possesed a Diploma and working in the telco industry. I'm currently 24 and I had did a bit of homework into this industry.
From what I know, I would need to join an agency, followed by a certification test and so on so forth. I know that I would not be getting any income in the very begining but I believed that my confidence and ability to speak well should come in very handy to what I will be doing. I am more keen into being groom as a project base specialist. I had talk to a friend who is a part time PA and signed up for a few seminar to know more but I was wondering if its really that wise to do such a switch into this industry?
