CEA has no restriction, however, you will need to declare that you are holding to another full time job during the registration with CEA.

There could be a conflict of interest.

While there isn't a rule withhin the Estate Agents Act or CEA Code, there could be one under MFAS.

There are such codes within the insurance and banking sectors.
