Hi agents. I see make ads only post "Asking Price" I am confuse with "Valuation Price" and "Asking Price". Are they the same thing? My impression is that "Asking Price" is usually higher than "Valuation Price" where the difference will become COV. Am I wrong?

Evening Allen,

As per your understanding, Asking price is usually higher than Valuation price where the difference will become the COV, then why would valuation and asking price be the same? Since you understand the difference, what are you confuse about? But do note that bank will only loan you based on the valuation price and not the selling price.
