Hi Agents, I have a 5I flat in Marine Parade, high floor, if i sell my flat and get a buyer will then do i have to move to a temporary location before i can buy another house? Is there such a thing as the buyer giving me an 'extension' before i get a new property? How does it work? Please post your answers here as i need a knowledgeable agent.
