Hi agents.
I am considering to sell my 4 room flat (BTO) seng kang to a 3 room flat near my mum's place which is a matured estate.
Can I check if :
1) there is any resale levy right? No right? Whether or not if we are taking HDB/bank loan or not taking loan.
2) do not understand the minimum sum thingy that we need to side aside. Using the selling price of current flat or purchase price of next resale flat as a guide? I am in my 40s and my wife is in mid 30s. Both of us have quite a lump sum in our cpf oa.
3) how much must I pay upfront? Can I use all in cpf if I have sufficient?
4) roughly how much cash proceeds will I get after selling my flat?
5) what is the market practice now - if I get an agent to sell my current flat, can she/he be my buyer agent when I buy my 3 room flat?
6) what are the current commission rate for agent for seller and buyer?
Thanks.
