Hey,

I was just wondering if there is any regulatory requirement that to become a real estate agent, you must complete the certified estate agent (cea) course? or is it just a matter of going through the agency's training? from my knowledge i read a few months ago that the government is looking to regulate the industry by introducing a test/course that all new real estate agents must complete. Has that been enforced yet? Hope i have made myself clear. Thanks.
