Here is the scenario.
I'm the sole applicant for a BTO flat and collecting keys next month June 2015. My wife is a SPR since Nov 2014. Her name and my son are under occupiers. We applied for BTO in Jan 2012. We bought a condo unit in the Philippines for investment purposes and it is under her name and me for the financee. Bought it in mid 2013 if I'm not mistaken. Do I need to declare it during keys collection? Will there be any problems?
