I visited the Lakefront Residences today and would like to make an offer to all owners / agents of this property.
My offer is for a 2 year contract on a 3 bedroom unit.

+$50 if facing the pool
+$50 if has a lake view
+$10 for each floor
Unit can be unfurnished, but the washer / dryer and refrigerator must be included.
I have excellent renters references from our previous stays in Singapore and will be happy to share those with you.
