Hello, I want to rent out my townhouse as my family is relocating. How do I choose an agent to help me with renting out my house? Also, is it better to have just one or two agents instead of having a lot of agents working on this? We move out in first week of September so don't have much time on our hands!

Greetings Nancy,

The decision boils down to your preference to work with 1 or multiple salesperson, since at the end of the day, you're likely to achieve the same results. Whether 1 or multiple, the avenue of marketing will still be similar, unless the only 1 salesperson you have engaged does not spend time and money marketing the unit. The question here is the skills of the prospective salesperson in pushing for the right offer from the prospective tenants. If the salesperson engaged does not have that skill set, you maybe looking at achieving a rental that is lower than your expectation or market indicative.

At ECG Landed Dynamic Alliance, all our salesperson are trained to present landed homes be it sales or rental effectively in order to push for best pricing for our clients.
