Hello, I just bought at Clydesview, an old freehold condo unit with ample space. I have two questions:

1) A month after receiving keys, I learned that some owners want to explore collective sales. I understand that the GFA is low and that were this to go through, we could break even or lose out. Do you know what the likelihood of a developer actually being interested in Clydesview?

2) The unit is very lovely, however, the grounds are not kept up nicely (rather worn, chipped tiles, dry vegetation) How can I encourage the upkeep by management? I think the poor look can affect overall property value.

Thanks for your consideration.

Your concern is real. Some times your share can not over ride others that wanted to cash out and move on in their life. Developer only looking how they can profit from the purchase if the price is right.

on the upkeep of the estate, talk to the estate manager. Sometimes there is more pressing need in others place instead of the ground floor that you looking at. There might be some wear and tear in others place that need the money more urgently.
