Hello,
I am renting a HDB with my friends and my name is put down as the main tenant on the lease. However I live with my partner majority of the time. Can I change my residential address to my partners place while also being the main tenant of a different HDB? In short, can my residential address be different to the house I am renting if I spend most my time at the different address.
