In order to register for your RES course, you must have min 4 O level passes within 2 sittings, if not you could take and pass WPLN assessment test they qualify to enrol for RES course. The other alternative is to visit any RES course provider and they will submit your pte diploma cert from MDIS to cea for assessment, with a fee of $53.50.
