Hello, I am a local. Can I buy the new build HDB, BTO, DBSS or EC alone? If not, can buy purchase with either father or mother? If father or mother join name with the sibling to have a private condo, can i still join the name to purchase the new build DBSS, EC, etc? For single scheme 2room hdb purchase. What is the requirement to purchase? Thanks.
