Hello Guru, I'm a Singaporean and my wife is a PR. I do not have any property and my wife has an overseas property under her name. The question is does my wife needs to dispose her overseas property if we buys a new flat under BTO scheme ? Will this make a difference if I pay the new flat from from my CPF account only as my wife does not have any CPF account.
