Hello all agent, need all your advise. I want buy an unit from ris grandeur to have nice poolview from my living room without going out to the bacony & my friend told me that I have to buy a mid floor unit like 5 or 6 floor in order to have this kind of view. Pls kindly advise. Thank you.

Besides pool view, how many bedrooms do you required?

To catch a pool view straight from your living room without stepping onto the balcony, you’re right that mid floors—around 4th to 6th—often offer the best angle. Too low, and your view may be blocked by landscaping or fencing; too high, and you might be looking down at the pool, losing that immersive feel.

In Ris Grandeur, the pool is usually at ground level and surrounded by greenery, so mid-level units tend to have a more direct line of sight. That said, the exact view also depends on your unit’s orientation and block positioning.
