Have heard from friends the agent commission is range from 1-2%, is this true? Any agent care to share what is the Seller / Buyer Commission for HDB?

Afternoon Mrs. Lee,
Market practice for sales is 2% and purchase at 1%.
However, under Fair Trade Act and CEA 2010, commission payable is to be discussed and agreed upon between the prospect and salesperson.

Yes, they are right. But typically it depends on the service provided. Also exclusivity will have better effect if agents is honest and open to cobroke and also reasonably skilled.
