Greetings Gurus, I am currently looking for a career switch to the real estate industry. Have been working for a few years as a sales manager in the hotel industry.

I've done my research and understood the requirements to obtaining the license as well as the exams and mandatory courses to go through.

Question is, should I just start registering for the course personally or would it be cheaper in regards to course/exam fees to register via an agency?

Dear Edmund,

My advice to you is to join an agency that you are favorable of before registering yourself for the course and exam. The reason being if you do self studying, you may face difficulty in understanding some rules or play in this industry. But by joining the agency, you can get coaching from your immediate manager. It will definitely make your study easier.
