Friend of mine aged 43 with cpf saving of OA with 20K & SA with 6K wants to buy a HDB jointly with his wife (aged 39) who has CPF saving of 11K in OA & 3.5K in SA. HOw they should go about in buying a 3 Bedroom HDB apartment? Pls suggest, as currently they are paying rental of almost 1.8K & want to save on this urgently.
