Hi,
The study room is smaller than the common room due to a shorter length, and also the presence of a storage area next to the bay window. The study room you will have to do up a customized bed that is placed on top of the bay window if you want to use as a room. I have transacted this unit type before but unfortunately do not have exact measurements.
