Do I qualify for EC under these condition.
1) I do not own any property
2) my wife is a hdb owner with joint ownership with her parents
3)wife and parents stay in this resale flat for more than 5 yrs with outstanding hdb loan .
Can me and wife apply for a ec and yet wife be owner of hbd .
