Afternoon,
If you have being following property guru closely, you will realise that alot of DIY buyers ended up in tight fix as they are not familiar with the regulation, paperwork and procedure. They wanted good advise and solutions but who is willing to help them as none of us know their situation well? If you think you can handle the game and save up on the expenses, by all means do it without a qualified salesperson.
