Hi Morpheus,

Even if the agency does not set an expectation, as a RES, you should always have a target set out to achieve.

This is your own business and any other platforms available within the agency would be to facilitate your execution towards your goals. There is no free lunch in this world therefore you will need to learn the trade as fast as you can such that in adverse times should you be left to be a lone ranger, you will still be able to survive.

As of now, my team doing the sales of landed properties is looking to expand and am inviting aspiring salesperson who has the tenacity to work hard and smart as well as be committed for discussion to come on board. We do not focus on the numbers but rather the quality of salespersons with us.

Hi Morpheus,

Agencies don't set expectations and sales targets for you to follow. Generally it will be the yourself that sets targets for yourself to achieve. Of course your manager should also sit down and do goal settings with you. Seriously goal settings is not as simple as just telling you to hit a certain number for that year. We will need to sit down and discuss what is the lifestyle that you are looking at? And how to balance off between your working life and your personal family life.
