Did u guys read Saturdays newspaper, HDB pricing is in all time high, the cooling measures introduced last yr aug put fewer flats on market raising demand n shrinking suppy, this has eventually spiked the prices of hdb n COV. Government needs good market analysts before introducing any measures, just an act of embarassment yet again
