Dear Sirs,
I will be relocating to Singapore in June/July and am interested in a heritage property (preferably colonial style) with minimum 2 or 3 bedrooms and a large kitchen and an outdoor space. I am not interested in built up Condominiums, but prefer an old converted shophouse or one of the properties like Townerville. I would like to be close to an MRT station but am fexible as to location - somewhere with greenery is prefered to a central built up location. My budget is around SD$5000, but obviously lower would be preferred.
I will be visiting Singapore to do some research from Monday 28th February until Saturday 05th March and would like to arrange a time to meet your agents and view some potential properties. Please respond with a suitable appointment time and perhaps advise if you have any example properties to show me.
Many thanks in advance
Regards
Chris Lewis
