Dear Seniors,
I'm seriously considering becoming a property agent for the flexibitlity of time due to my family commitments.
However, a friend who used to be an agent tells me that's not true. Is this correct?
Also, in joining an agency, is it correct to say that there is a monthly target to be met? Does this target vary from agency to agency? And what happens when an agent is not able to meet the target for the month? Would he or she be asked to leave the agency?
Lastly, with regards to property leads, does the agency help a new agent with its first lead or we're expected to generate our own lead?
Thank you all very much for your time.
