Dear Seniors and all,

I need some advice on which Estate Agency to join. Apologize in advanced if my questions sound stupid:)

I have just passed my RES. I have 2.5 years experience working with a high-end condo developer as non-sales. My interest is in Private Condos and as a newbie, I do not mind working on weekends at showflats etc to build up my client base.

What should I look out for in my next step? The different training, support, commission amount of the different companies? And which group should i join?

You may wish to consider CBRE. If you are aware, CBRE is strong in Project Marketing, especially in the high-end market and that fits into what you intend to do.
