Dear Gurus, what is happening to ECG? I have intention to join them, but I heard that Mr Shawn and Mr David Cheng is leaving, without these 2 gurus, I cannot convince myself to join ECG. Is it the market practice to force agents to pay S$200 for D n D? Is it a market practice for agents to pay just to listen to the seniors talk? I have heard that propnex always gives free training to agents. Can any guru advise which agency is good?

Can't comment on ECG, but Huttons is growing from strength to strength and continuing to have the majority of new project launches (direct developer sales)

Good mentors pay for their agents' D&D and will conduct regular training for free, rather than to exploit their agents and charge a fee.
