Dear Gurus, we are staying in HDB and have sold our investment pte condo in 2011. Now we intend to book BTO or EC after the 30-months gap. Can any Guru tell us: From which date (option date; agreement date; legal date etc.. we sold the condo) is the date, start to calculate the 30-month?
