Dear Gurus,

Please advice whether it is compulsory that we need to pay the commision to both agents if the unit that I am renting is co-broked? This unit was introduced to me by my agent and was asked to pay the commision for both him and the owner's agent.

Dear mr Heng,
You are only required to pay a commission to your own agent. You do not need to pay a commission to the owner's agent. Read More
