Need to canvass some advice here..

Can either residential or commerical property choose not to be listed on SLA ceveat when transacation has completed?

If yes, what is rational behind these hidden information ? For example, if I purchase a private property and can I inform conveyancing lawyer to choose not to reveal my details so next time when I sell my property, I can guard of my outstanding mortage loan and ownership details.
