dear gurus, im currently staying in a 5 rm hdb flat fulfilled mop criteria already. However as im planning to enroll my son in one of the primary school in yishun, is it legal that i apply thru hdb to sublet my existing whole unit out and rent another hdb unit in yishun so that i fulfill the school 1 km criteria for priority queue? can i also change my address on my nric to the rented place instead of my property address which will be sublet out?
