I would like to know how much should I budget for advertising expenses as a property agent as I am thinking of joining the industry.

Straits Times classified - $?
Property Guru - $?
Flyers printing and distribution - $?

Are there any other property agent related expenses that I need to budget for?

Also, I am quite curious as to how to throw flyers at condos. Do security guards let property agents in?
