Dear Gurus, I just spoke to an insider agent who told me that there many speculators who bought Hundred Trees' condos, and are now trying their best to flip and earn a quick buck. From the URA caveats lodged, it seems there aren't many - if any - sales over the past two months. Is this a sign of extreme over-supply and will sellers panic? I'm a keen buyer and I'm willing to wait the game.

Dear Curious, there will always be all kinds of market talk. You don't have to be affected by them. In the end, the price will close near market price comparing within the condo, surrounding equivalent condos and the overall market. Most important is for yourself to see the value of the place.

I myself is a Blue Horizon/District 5 resident agent. I understand this place well and understand the community why people stay in this area.
