Dear Gurus, i just passed my RES and join a property firm under a mentor. He will give me leads and i will bring clients around. Recently i sold a hdb, as i am not sure of the procedure, i ask my mentor to be around during the final stage,we close the deal. However my mentor handed me an agreement form stating that i agreed to hand him 40% of my com to him, this was not told to me when i join him. Can i check is this the market practice? Please advise.
