Dear gurus,

i have obtained WPLN and i emailed CEA to check if im qualified to be salesperson because i have crimal records in the past.

they replied: If you have attained the necessary WPLN qualification equivalent to 4 GCE "O" Level Passes (and plan to take the RES course and exam), you may check with an agency of you choice to see if they are willing to support your application as a salesperson, given your past criminal record.

I'm quite confused. I need to find a company to support or recruit me first then its consider accepted by CEA? then follow by taking RES?

If i will to join a company, pay join fee, insurance, MND, RES but in the end they do not accept me. is there a way that the company can confirm with cea before i join them?
