Hi Mrs Huang,

Typical management fees for rental property is 10% a month of the rental payable a month. Suppose you engage a lawyer to draft out the tenancy agreement, it could also set you back by a couple hundred bucks.

I am estimating that the total amount could be even more than 1month rental plus 7% GST payable as our service fees for securing the tenant for you should you decide to engage our services.
